Overview

CloudX Guest Login allows you to share read-only access to your CloudX account with clients or colleagues. Guest users can view and download images without being able to change any settings or subscriptions.

What a Guest User Can Do

• Log in to CloudX using a guest username and password
• View images from all cameras and projects in the account
• Preview historical image data
• Download images for review or reporting

What a Guest User Cannot Do

• Change camera settings or schedules
• Upload or delete images
• Modify projects or folders
• Access billing or subscription details
• Manage users or account settings

Current Limitations

• Guest access applies to the entire CloudX account, not individual projects or cameras
• Guest access uses one shared login, not separate logins per email address
• Guest users are always read-only

How to Enable Guest Login

1. Log in to your CloudX account as the account owner

2. Navigate to My Account

3. Enable Account share password for read-only account access

4. Set a Guest Share Password

5. Share the Guest Login Name and Guest Share Password with your client

Select Guest Sign In and enter the provided credentials.
