The charging status in CloudX is not updated in real time.

How charging status updates:

• DataLens sends status updates to CloudX periodically.

• Status is typically updated:

  • Every hour, or

  • When the device wakes from sleep

What to expect when charging via USB-C:

• Connecting a USB-C charger does not immediately trigger a status update.

• The charging indicator will only appear after the next scheduled status update is sent.

Important behavior:

• Sending a wake command while the device is already awake does not trigger a new status update.

• This means the charging status may remain unchanged in CloudX until the next update cycle.

Troubleshooting

If the charging status is not appearing:

• Wait for the next hourly status update.

• Confirm the device has entered and exited sleep if expecting a faster update.

• Verify the USB-C charger is properly connected and supplying power.
