How do I apply my purchased FTP license?Updated a year ago
In order to apply for the FTP license, please contact our support team [[email protected]], once you have registered your UpBlink to the CloudX platform, the support team will apply the license to your unit.
Follow the steps below to update your UpBlink with the FTP license and UI elements:
1. You would need to connect to UpBlink's WiFi access point.

2. On the UI page, click on the "Test connection and check firmware" button.
3. After UpBlink connects to the server, hard refresh your browser page for the FTP elements to populate the UI.
4. Enter your FTP details into the relevant fields.
5. Click on "Save All"
6. Click on "Restart in Capture mode"
