How does CloudX storage work if I have multiple subscriptions?Updated 20 days ago

Overview

CloudX storage is shared across all devices with active CloudX subscriptions on the same account. Storage from each subscription tier is combined into a single shared storage pool.

How CloudX Storage Is Calculated

Each CloudX subscription tier includes a defined amount of cloud storage:

  • CloudX Pro: 15 GB

  • CloudX Plus: 100 GB

  • CloudX Max: 250 GB

If your account has multiple subscriptions, the storage from each subscription is added together. The total storage is then shared across all devices with active subscriptions on the account.

Example

If an account has the following subscriptions:

  • 1 × CloudX Pro (15 GB)

  • 3 × CloudX Plus (300 GB total)

  • 2 × CloudX Max (500 GB total)

The account will have 815 GB of total shared storage.

All devices with active subscriptions on the account can upload images to this shared storage pool, and the total usage across all devices cannot exceed the combined storage limit.

Important Notes

  • Storage is not allocated per device.

  • Storage is shared across all devices with active subscriptions on the same account.

  • If a subscription expires or is removed, the total available storage for the account will decrease accordingly.
