My SD card's memory is full, how can I request to have it wiped remotely?Updated a year ago
To request a wipe of your memory cards, please contact our support team and confirm the unit's MAC address/device ID.
Please note these prerequisites:
- The UpBlink has an active internet connection
- UpBlink regularly connects to the CloudX server via an upload schedule
- The camera type is HERO5/10/11/12. [Sony RX0 cameras do not communicate SD card status, and therefore can not be remotely wiped].
