- Make sure you are using the specific 'CamDo only' USB-C cable and verify its connection; the white dot on the connector should face up.

- Confirm the type of GoPro camera, specific SD card, and power supply being used. The power supply should be at least 2Amp output at 5Volts, and the GoPro battery should not be inside the camera.
- Check the firmware versions of both the UpBlink and the GoPro camera. Install GoPro Labs for HERO10 or HERO11 if needed.
- Download the UpBlink log file as instructed in a previous FAQ and send it to support for analysis.
